For the better part of a decade I was the Executive Producer at a world-class audio post facility in Toronto called Toast + Jam Sound + Video (though at the time it was just Toast + Jam, and before that, Keen Music). We produced music, voice, SFX, (and more) for virtually all the major ad agencies and brands, making legendary radio and television ads. I kept the studio running smoothly as we did castings for voice overs, directed TV audio post, and composed music for flagship ad campaigns.
